We live in a world built around a 24-hour productivity cycle. Show up the same way. Perform consistently. Keep going. But women don’t experience life in flat lines. Our energy, focus, and emotional capacity shift across the month.
When we ignore that, we call it inconsistency. Mood swings. Lack of discipline.
